Renaissance Golf is the coaching business of Drew Bradley. When you apply for coaching or contact me, I use your information only to schedule and coach you. I never sell it.

What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site or through a Facebook or Instagram ad, I may collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your answers to form questions, such as your golf goals, practice habits, and scheduling preferences
• Messages you send me by text or email
• Payment details when you pay for coaching, which are handled securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may also record basic technical information, such as your browser type and pages visited.

How I use it

• To contact you about scheduling your assessment or lessons
• To prepare for and deliver your coaching, including recap videos and notes
• To process payments
• To answer your questions and keep in touch about your coaching

Text messages

If you give me your phone number, I may text you about scheduling and your coaching. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and I'll stop texting you.

Who I share it with

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. I only share it with services that help me run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit a form through an ad
• Stripe, for payments
• Website hosting and form providers that deliver your submissions to me

I may also share information if required by law.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you're a client or while we're in contact, and for a reasonable time after that for my records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email me using the address below and I'll take care of it.

Children

This site and its forms are meant for adults. If you're coaching a junior golfer, a parent or guardian should submit the form and handle communication.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
